You'll Ubereats tried to not refund my money last night for an order I didn't receive. So, I ordered food last night and it cost me a HOLE $35 . The delivery person had two additional orders to deliver. So guess what happened they delivered my food to the wrong person. So, when I called Ubereats to refund my money I spoke to two reps. They were very Unprofessional. They proceeded to tell me unfortunately I can't get a refund because my account was restricted from getting any refunds. When I asked why neither of the reps would or wanted to explain why. I had to hang up and call back again to ask for a supervisor which the 1st rep. Stated there's no one to speak to which I knew was a ly. So, speaking to a supervisor after talking to two reps. Explained that my my account was Uneleagable for a refund due to me making to many complaints on either the person that's delivering don't match the picture, the vehicle was not the vehicle as described, or a safety issues with the delivery. At the end NO ONE WAS HELPFUL. SO, I EMAILED UBEREATS AND REQUEST MY MONEY AND EXPLAINED HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THE REPS AND THE SUPERVISOR WAS AND THE REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK ALL BUT $6.15 . I'M DELETING UBEREATS AND THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE SERVICES FROM LAVITA WYATT. YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
