We are excited to introduce the DASSAI Gallery by .gallery , a new partnership bringing contemporary Japanese art to the Hudson Valley.

Join us this Friday, June 26, from 5–8 PM for the opening reception of our first exhibition featuring acclaimed Japanese artist Mitsumasa Kadota.

Born in Shizuoka, Japan, Kadota explores the possibilities of painting by examining the relationship between color, form, and what exists beneath the surface. His work reflects on memory, transformation, and the unseen connections that shape our experiences.

👕 New Item Alert!

The DASSAI BLUE Original T-Shirt is here.

Did you know that “Dassai” literally means “Otter Festival”? The name comes from a legend that otters would line up the fish they caught along the riverbank, resembling a festival offering.

This original design features the iconic DASSAI otter logo, celebrating the spirit and heritage behind every bottle of DASSAI.

Available now at our brewery and online shop!

We thought we were just going sake tasting… but this turned into a full behind-the-scenes experience 🍶

We went on the production tour at Dassai Blue in New York and got to see every step of the process from washing the rice, to brewing, bottling, and packaging the sake.

Before entering production, we had to suit up in trench coats, hair nets, and even walk through an air room that blew all the dust off us to keep everything perfectly clean 😭

The tour ended with a sake tasting paired with fresh sushi, and honestly this was one of the coolest foodie experiences we’ve done in New York.

Would you try this experience ? 🍶🍣

Cocktails signatures imaginés autour de nos sakés, accords gastronomiques, dégustations et atmosphère feutrée face à la Méditerranée…
