My Rock ’n’ Roll cake took SECOND PLACE at the Eastern Idaho State Fair 😭🖤

There is something so special about putting hours and hours into a cake, sending it off to be judged, and seeing a ribbon hanging next to it. 🥹

And a HUGE congratulations to all of the other cake artists who entered and placed! There was some seriously incredible talent on those tables this year, and I’m so honored to be among it. 🫶🏻

A thick 9oz brown sugar cinnamon cookie loaded with apple pieces and gooey caramel, topped with caramel drizzle and freeze-dried cinnamon apples.

Basically apple crisp got a therapist and became a cookie.
