Hey guys,
It's been a while. Life has been really busy lately and we've been slacking on things.
However, here is a glimpse of what's to come. Cord is synthetic sinew. There will be different styles to come, but this type of necklace is a little more spendy due to cost of the sinew and how long it takes me to drill the holes through the stones and how long it takes me to tumble them and price of tumbling gritts. Once I have a decent amount drilled we will get them braided up and take pictures. We will also have different cord options as well, along with rocks that have been tumbled and not drilled and will drill to order.
I also do custom hole drilling in tumbled stones and cabochons, which are stones used in set jewelry where it is flat on the back and curved on the top. If you have or end up getting any stones you want a hole through and made into a keychain, lanyard or necklace I can do that as well.
Things that play a factor if stone can be drilled
1: size of stone(how thick is it)
2: quality of stone(is there too many fractures)
Pricing factors ($10 flat rate for every stone also holds appointment 5$ flat rate if getting 5 or more stones drilled)
1: hardness of stone, stones hardness of 6.5 and higher extra flate rate of 3$ per each stone(how long it will take and how much wear on drilling bits and other equipment)( it's not cheap)
2: my time/labor($5 a minute time starts once bit touches stone, $3 a minute if 5 or more stones are being drilled)
I will tumble rough stones
$10 per each stone being tumbled
$5 per each stone if 15 or more stones are being tumbled
( I use professional high grade tumbling gritts and polishes from the rock shed in Custer county south Dakota so it is not cheap to aquire tumbling supplies, all pricing is very fair)
Thanks A&E Natural Treasure's.
