Official notice: After having our business phone number since 1996, I just had that number disconnected. We had a premium charge since it was a business, and the phone book listing category we were in has dwindled down to nothing, and if you have seen our metro phone book its like 3/8ths of an inch thick now with no one using a phonebook with everything going online. No one has a landline anymore these days. Every time the wind blows, we would lose service. Between issues with the line connection problems outside our property in our neighbor's trees and the squirrels eating through and like recently where the line has been disconnected for the last two weeks for issues outside our property where no one could get us, and having ongoing complaints, this is the final straw. AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAD THE LINE SHUT OFF. If you need a number to reach us, message your phone number here and we will reach out to you. The majority of the calls on the line anyway were family members calling on our other number when it was busy, telemarketers, people trying to get us to change our credit card processor provider, and so forth. I guess it was time.
