Good morning everyone! I hope you had an amazing weekend filled with love, pet slobber kisses, and comfort 🐾💛

Got my 2nd render going for my tallow this morning, and a big shoutout to Smith Meat Company for the amazing beef kidney suet 🥩✨

A little update for everyone:

I have been working behind the scenes on a brand new emulsified tallow butter formula, and I am finally ready to say it… it is going to be immaculate 😌🤍

Over the last two months, I have learned so much about what makes a butter truly special. The melt, the glide, the absorption, the richness, the way it hugs the skin without feeling heavy. I have been testing, tweaking, and perfecting every little detail so this can become my signature Saga formula.

This new formula will be:
• smoother ✨
• creamier 🤍
• faster absorbing 💧
• more nourishing 🌿
• and even more luxurious 🕊️

To make it even better, I'm adding two powerhouse ingredients:

• Colloidal Oatmeal for calming, soothing, and helping with redness. Amazing for sensitive skin 🌾
• Goat Milk Powder for deep hydration, vitamins, and a happy, healthy skin barrier 🐐🥛

Together they create a butter that is more hydrating, more soothing, and more skin loving than anything I have made before. This will be the base for my gourmand scents and my infused shelter line, because if I am going to honor rescue animals and support the shelter, I want the formula to be as beautiful as the mission behind it 🐱💗

And don't worry, I'll be sharing my entire process from start to finish. If you have ever wanted to make your own tallow butter, I will be posting the full recipe, the steps, the tips, and everything I have learned along the way 🥣✨

I believe in helping others create, learn, and feel confident in their own kitchens and craft rooms. There is room for all of us, and if my process helps even one person make something beautiful for themselves or their family, then it is worth sharing 🤍

Everyone… this is Sunny.

He is the same little kitty who used to hang out in my backyard and wander around our neighborhood. When he suddenly showed up sick and trembling, I called him in for help because something in me knew he was not okay.

The shelter took him in, treated him, and kept me updated every day while he fought through whatever he got into. Now he is safe, warm, curled up, and finally able to rest.

Sunny is available for adoption right now at the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter.

He is gentle, he is sweet, and he has been through more than any outdoor kitty should ever have to survive. He deserves a home where he never has to struggle again.

If you have room in your heart and your home, please go meet him. Someone out there is meant to give this boy his soft life.

A little behind the scenes update. Not only am I working on a gourmand scented line of Tallow creams, but I’m also creating a small candle and infused tallow cream line where 30% of every sale will go directly to the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter. I already have a couple labels featuring my own rescue kitties, and it made me think…

I just got my package from High Plains Wellness LLC and im so excited to use the salve and lip balm. 😍 They smell fantastic and are adorable! If you havent yet, you should check her out. Seriously the best and super simple ingredients for those of you with sensitive skin! Ill post updates later this evening after I use the salve❤️❤️
