I am writing today on behalf of myself and millions of other Americans, who depend on flavored e-liquid designed for electronic ni****ne delivery systems (ENDS) to remain smoke free in St Peters, Missouri, St Louis Missouri and the entire United States.

Recently, the Food and Drug Administration has signaled that it will reject all premarket to***co product applications (PMTAs) for all non-to***co flavored ENDS products. As an adult consumer of flavored e-liquid designed for electronic ni****ne delivery systems (ENDS), my health will be severely impacted by such action. The small business at which I purchase my v***r products will be forced to close

My continued cessation of using combustible to***co relies on flavored ENDS. Should these products be rejected, I will be forced to return to smoking or worse, the black market

I am urging the Small Business Administration/FDA to investigate the public health impact this will have on not only myself, but also the local business community in St Peters, Missouri, St Louis, MO and the entire United States.

House Bill 517 will be heard this Wednesday in Jefferson City. I just got word that the Prohibitionists that want to tax va**ng & ban flavors will be testifying against the bill. We need all to TESTIFY IN SUPPORT.
