A few Morning Announcements:

First, new Pokémon Delta Reign products are up on the website for preorder with a limit of 1 of each. Make sure you’re logged into your account and eligible discounts will be applied at checkout.

Second, the monthly shop memberships are back and available to setup for those of you who have been asking. Please be aware that having one of these memberships does not guarantee any amount of any particular product. It will help your chances in the event of a thinly allocated product, but primarily it will provide a nice additional discount off nearly everything in the shop.

I will also stress that we provide these discounts and memberships at our discretion. If we find out you’re using them to scalp/resell product, or if you’re disrespectful to our community/staff — we reserve the right to cancel them.

Third, we’ve implemented a new account benefit for players. Once you’ve participated in x weekly play events at the shop, you will automatically receive some hidden discounts when applicable. This is primarily to discount down product when market is above MSRP, helping our players get affordable product.

📣 Third Announcement! 📣
(This is going to be long……..)

Pokémon 30th Ultra Premium Collections, Mewtwo and Mew Figure Collections and Ditto Premium Collections…

We will unfortunately not be doing traditional preorders for these, as the amount we are getting total for both waves at launch is less than the number of monthly paid shop members we have in the community, and by a significant number. We shut down new shop memberships months ago as we were afraid this might happen.

As such, we will be allocating these to our paid monthly shop members based on tenure, meaning those of you who have had your shop memberships active the longest will be taken care of first. You will be able to get ONE UPC and 2 out of the 3 Mewtwo/Mew/Ditto collections, until we run out. Aka our monthly shop members will be able to choose either the Umbreon OR the Espeon UPC, plus the Mewtwo and Mew Figure Collections, or the Mew and Ditto, etc, and some of you will have to wait until the second wave of these products is shipped. Also, if you’re a paid monthly shop member who doesn’t typically purchase Pokémon product, these products are unfortunately not for you at launch due to how few we are getting, and we will be denying requests for these products if that’s the case.

We appreciate all of you who support our shop and what we try to do for the community, we just want to make sure we are taking care of our monthly shop members and the corresponding community when we can. When we have more available we will let everyone know. We are expecting Pokémon to print these products steadily for the next year.

If you have a monthly membership to the shop setup (rookie/pro/mvp), come see us at the shop or shoot us a message with which products you would like. You have until these products arrive at the shop to let us know what you want, then we will reach out to everyone to let you know what we have for you.

All of these products will be at MSRP for you, no additional discounts past that.

🪑 On to the next announcement! 🪑

We know the current setup for tables and chairs is not ideal for everyone, and we are currently in the process of upgrading these, again. We just ask that you all are a little patient with us, as this is a MAJOR expense. Replacing ~16 tables and almost 100 permanent chairs in the shop is going to cost ~$10,000.

We have one chair arriving next week as a ‘test chair’ to see how everyone likes it before replacing all of them, and we have a member of our community working on building new tables for us that we are hoping he will be able to finish them all by the end of the year.

Going to have a few announcements incoming this week regarding several things/products you all have been harassing us about as I get a minute to type everything up, but wanted to start with a personal one for Exania and I…

We are officially expecting our first child, Exania is 5 months or so along 🤰 and we couldn’t be more excited! You will likely be seeing a bit less of the two of us around the shop going forward as we try to prepare for this new chapter of our life.

We will be relying on the amazing team here at GGKC to continue the incredible job they’ve done this past year in helping run the shop and take care of the community. 🙏🏻
