Another machine fixed up and ready to hit the trails!

This one received:
• Gear reduction kit
• Transmission bearing & seal kit
• New inner clutch cover
• New primary clutch
• New drive belt
• Stage 2 tune from Bikeman Performance to really wake this machine up! 💪

We appreciate everyone keeping us busy! We’re pushing machines out as quickly as we can get parts in and making sure every job is done right.

This machine came in needing some serious maintenance, but we got it fixed up and ready to get back on the trails! 💪

We knocked out a long list of repairs and maintenance:

🔧 Brand-new front differential
🔧 All 4 wheel bearings replaced
🔧 All U-joints replaced
🔧 New carrier bearing
🔧 New intake boots
🔧 New inner & outer clutch covers
🔧 New trailing arm heim joint
🔧 New rear axle
🔧 Full service — engine oil, transmission & differential fluids

A lot of work went into this one, but it’s back together and ready to roll!

Weston said if he had to carry one more axle, he was going to send me an invoice. 😂

Got this one all fixed up and back in action! 🔧💪

Jeremy brought the machine in because it wasn’t running correctly. After digging into it, we found that the transmission-to-engine mount was missing the bolts that secure it to the engine. This caused all three bolts behind the primary clutch to snap, tore the intake boots, and damaged the inner clutch cover.

While we had it apart, we went ahead and took care of a few upgrades as well:

Installed a Gear reduction kit
& Upgraded all the transmission bearings

She’s all fixed and ready to hit the Hardline’s again.
