Out today breathing new life into the window painting on one of Independences iconic businesses. Joe’s Barber Shop. I touched this up about five years ago and I’m working on it again. The original artist according to Joe Hernandez just stood in the street for a few minutes, (40 years ago), then walked up to the window and started painting. Wow!
