Mezcalero 🦩
8 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 1/2oz triple sec liqueur
1/2oz your favorite mezcal
1/3oz ginger syrup
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled coup glass, and garnish with a grapefruit twist!
Hédoniste 🍋
2 dashes Lemon Bitters
2oz cognac
1/3oz green chartreuse (or an alternative herbal liqueur)
1/4oz cherry brandy
Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled a Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a skewered cherry!
Minty Lady🍃
4 dashes Mint Bitters
1oz dry gin
3/4oz triple sec liqueur
3/4oz white crème de menthe
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
1/2oz egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam
Shake ingredients with ice, strain back into your shaker and dry shake (no ice) everything again, strain into a chilled coup glass, and garnish with a lemon twist!
