Talk about a backyard paradise! Would you ever want to leave? This lovely Carmel couple has, over the years, asked the Heath Outdoor team to completely transform a long-neglected backyard into an oasis you have to see to believe.

The landscape design was created by residential design specialist Dennis Linner. The transformation started with the removal of an old sauna and putting green from a previous owner. Then came the creation of beds, new landscaping, fresh sod, landscape lighting, a firepit with a seating area and the restoration of an existing pergola and paver patio.

But that was just the beginning… the pool came next!

The Heath Outdoor team excavated a vault for their new fiberglass pool and built a pool deck, open-air cedar pool house with a storage room and wet bar. Later, a cutting garden, meditation space and seat wall were also added.

Now, this family has a backyard oasis they can truly enjoy, and we’re thrilled to have them as a part of the Heath Outdoor family of happy customers.

Meet the Underhills

Long-time Heath Outdoor customers Craig and Debbie Underhill
have trusted Heath Outdoor to bring their outdoor living dreams to life since 2019. They bought a house near downtown Carmel with an overgrown backyard that needed a total makeover. The Heath Outdoor team said, “Can do,” and got right to work.

Residential design specialist Dennis Linner created a multi-phased, multi-zoned plan with a patio, pergola and firepit that included a new privacy fence and plenty of space for cooking, entertaining, gardening and relaxing. The next phase was adding a fiberglass pool, complete with a beautiful pool deck and covered cabana, along with a cutting garden of perennials.
