FROM THE SANCTUM ARCHIVES:
There is a heavy, silent darkness that settles in
when the war you’ve been fighting—the one
behind your eyes, in your muscles, and in the way you hold your breath—finally demands to be laid down.

You have carried the world for so long
that you have forgotten how it feels to simply be
held. This soak is a return to the primordial—
the water that held us before we were formed. It
draws the exhaustion from the marrow of your
bones and dissolves it into the salt. Tonight, you
surrender the weight. The water will hold you
now.

TO HONOR THE TEMPLE:
Draw a warm bath. Add 1/4 cup of your soak to
the water as it fills, watching the botanicals
drift like a garden in bloom. Step in, submerge,
and let the minerals carry the weight of the day
away. Give yourself permission to shed the noise
of the world and return to the sanctity of your
own skin.

INGREDIENTS: Epsom Salt, Baking Soda,
Jojoba Oil, Essential Oils (Lavender,
Peppermint, Clary Sage), Botanicals (Lavender
Buds, Calendula Petals, Rose Petals, Hibiscus).
