The cat’s out of the bag!

We’re excited to welcome a new oyster to the Boss Gibson family —Three Witches.

These stubborn little beauties have been growing right alongside Boss Gibson and Peddler’s Pick. They’re the same age, grown in the same New Brunswick waters… they’ve just decided they’re done getting bigger.

What they lack in size, they make up for with a beautifully deep cup and all the delicious flavour you’d expect from a Boss Gibson oyster.

Small. Deep-cupped. Delicious. And stubborn as hell. Keep an eye out for them!!
