Kids are back in school and this mom needs to get back to meal planning! This summer we lived off of acai bowls from the Ninja Creami, cold sandwiches, and eggs with any fresh fruit or veggies you can find. Now that those brains are getting worked we need to get back to filling those bodies with nutrients to sustain the long days and activities. What are your favorite whole food meals to make on busy nights this time of year when summer garden produce is still in full swing?
