Rolling into preschool this fall? 🍎✏️

We’ve loaded up on extra toddler clothing for the school year, and this might be one of my favorite little sections right now. So many of these pieces are from small businesses, which means they’re fun, unique and not what you’re going to see everywhere else.

Some are funny, some are school-themed and plenty are perfect for everyday preschool wear because we know those clothes are about to WORK 😂

We’re currently at 31% of our $500 goal to support Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County and their new Towncrest Neighborhood Center’s early childhood classrooms.

💙 Thank you for another amazing NeeDoh drop! 💙
We are sold out of multiple styles but still have some available!

Today was everything we hope these mornings can be… excited kiddos and so much kindness. Thank you to everyone who waited patiently, respected our team and made it such a fun day.

This was one of our biggest drops yet and seeing so many happy faces walk out the door with their new favorites made all the hard work worth it.

We have lots more NeeDoh on the way, so don’t worry if you missed out! We’ll continue doing surprise restocks, silent drops, and trying new ways to get these into your hands.

🌈 NEEDOH DROP! 🌈

This Wednesday, August 5
⏰ Doors open at 9:00 AM

We’re bringing out another BIG NeeDoh drop with one of our largest varieties yet!

✨ Limit 2 per person
✨ Some styles are very limited, while others we have plenty of.

🌦️ Rain or shine! It looks like we may have some rain in the early morning, so please dress accordingly and stay safe if you’re planning to wait in line.

This drop will also mark the end of our larger scheduled releases… for now. As NeeDoh continues to grow, we’re exploring new ways to get these into your hands that are safer, fairer and a little less stressful for everyone. That means you’ll continue to see silent drops, surprise restocks, online opportunities and more in the future.

Don’t worry… this isn’t the end of the fun! We have lots more NeeDoh on the way, including some amazing new styles.

As always, thank you for your kindness and patience. Please be respectful of our neighboring businesses while waiting in line, and remember we’re all here because of a toy that’s meant to bring joy!!

💜 Our next Squish for a Cause is here! 💜

This week we're partnering with Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County to support their new Towncrest Neighborhood Center's early childhood classrooms!

For more than 50 years, Neighborhood Centers has been helping local children and families through early childhood education, family support, after-school programs, and community resources. Their work helps give kids the best possible start and strengthens families throughout Johnson County.

From July 30 – August 6, every $1 raffle entry goes directly toward supplies and materials for their new classrooms.

Today is Maria's last day at 223 and it's a bittersweet one 🤍

Three years ago, Maria walked through our doors and immediately felt like part of the family. Over the years, we've had the privilege of watching her grow into such a confident, thoughtful, and dependable person.

She's been our inventory queen, the one who somehow always knew where everything belonged and the person who could turn the disaster that is my desk back into something functional (A true talent 😂)

Maria has accepted a full-time position as the Event Manager at Terry Trueblood. She's been juggling both jobs all summer and we're so excited for this next chapter because we know she's going to do amazing things.

Maria, thank you for the countless hours, the laughter, the organization, and the care you've poured into this little shop. You've left your mark on 223 in so many ways and we'll miss seeing you every week.

We're lucky to know you, proud of you, and cheering you on always!
