TAKE 5. SIP. PUZZLE. SLOW DOWN. 🫖🧩

It’s the Downtown Iowa City Wellness Festival today!

Stop into AKAR, take a little break, enjoy a cup of Tea Forté Ginger Lemongrass tea, and add a few pieces to our Iowa puzzle.

Our own Madison + Julie have already gotten the corners started for you — tea in hand, of course. 😊

Come sit for a few minutes, sip, puzzle, and slow down with us.
