Open till 9pm. Closed Friday at1st Ave location but we will be at Solons Football games starting at 5pm. This weather pattern is so crazy so grab your Real Shave Ice while you can. As it looks right now we will be open at the 1st Ave location on Sunday 27 & Monday 28th and maybe the City High Parade Oct 7th but that's it for the 2026 season. Will keep you posted.

Aaahh. The small business struggles are real. We were blessed with no rain during the football games last night. But so far the Iowa City Latino Festival on the Ped Mall looks like it is going to be a hard fought war with mother nature today.... here till 9pm. HyVee 1st Ave location, is going to b a wait and see.... Iowa City is right on the edge of the storm track.
