Taking design tips from the bees 🐝

We had an amazing time tonight at the Oxford Alabama Public Library 🐝 The kids were really good at finding the queen on the frame and on the educational cards!

We were also excited to see familiar faces in the group—customer and beekeeper Marc Webb and his wife came out to hear the talk, and they contributed some helpful insight and information.

Our go-to smoker fuel is pine straw. Easy to find and use!

We've also used cardboard and smoker pellets before—cardboard is a good backup but can burn hot, while smoker pellets are great when you get them started, but you need to keep them from tumbling out of the top.
