I love all the treasures in my DAP Studio. Surrounded by copper, rocks, jewelry, and art… it’s a Yooper girl’s dream!

Now it’s time to get back to what I love most—creating.

If you’re downtown Ironwood, stop by and visit UP Copper Jewelry at DAP Studios, 107 E. Aurora. My studio is at the top of the stairs, filled with handcrafted copper earrings, bracelets, necklaces, wall art, keychains, and one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by the beauty and history of the Upper Peninsula.

I’m excited to be participating in this year’s 72nd Range Art Show & Art Market!

I’ll have my UP Copper Jewelry and copper wall art available in the Art Market, and I’ll also have pieces entered in the judged Art Show.

As the largest art show in Gogebic County, it’s a wonderful opportunity to see the work of talented artists from across the region. Whether you’re looking for original artwork, handcrafted gifts, or just want to spend time surrounded by creativity, I hope you’ll stop by.

What will all these bits and pieces become?

Honestly, I ask myself that all the time.

A pile of copper, cut and hammered copper headpins, hand-painted beads, stones, and findings may not look like much today. But give me a day or two, and these scattered parts will be transformed into one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry, each made by hand and inspired by the beauty of the Upper Peninsula.

The creative process always starts with possibility.
