We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.

This role is an important part of the Stormy Kromer brand experience, helping customers by phone, email, chat, and social media, while also supporting our retail store, factory tours, and internal teams.

This is an in-person, full-time position in Ironwood, Michigan. Work days are Monday through Friday, with up to one half day Saturday per month. Competitive pay with benefits including generous PTO, health & vision insurance, 401(k) match, and employee discounts.
