Miscarriage happens way more than people talk about, like 1 in 4 pregnancies, but nobody tells you that until you're the one going through it. That silence is what turns grief into shame, when really it shouldn't be. If it ever happens to you, know it wasn't your fault and you don't have to carry it alone in silence.
