🌻🌻Green Barn Sunflower Field Days Update Wednesday, August 19th, 2026. Isanti, MN: The sun is shining and it looks like a beautiful day to visit the sunflower field.

🌻🌻Bloom Report: Crop 1 is past peak but nice to see the ripening heads. Props have been moved out of that section.

There is an irregular crop between 1 and 2 in full bloom.

Crop 2 is looking great almost full bloom with most flowers newly open.

Crop three is a few days behind 2 showing color and should be nice on the weekend.

🎟️ Field Admission to stroll the sunflower crop paths and check out over 30 props is $7 per person including tax, 5 years and under free. See our website for special passes. Field Hours today-August 23rd 9am-8pm (last entry 8pm, stay until sunset.) Hours August 24th-Sept. 8th 9am-7pm. NOTE: Green Barn Garden Center hours across the highway differ from field: 9-5:30pm.

🌻🌻🎤Green Barn Sunflower Field Days Update Sunday, August 16th 2026. Isanti, MN: The sun is shining and it looks like a beautiful day ahead! We had a nice rain in the night so the plants are happy while they shake it off this morning. The trails are very nice for walking today on the sandy soil (no mud or puddles).

🌻🌻Bloom Report: Crop 1 is still full of color with its final days of bloom. Some spots are ripening and some spots that opened later are great for bright sunflower photos. See map for top spots! There is an irregular crop between 1 and 2 that is freshly open. There are a few prime spots for photos there. Crop 2 is beginning to open and should be full around Wednesday and crop 3 begins in about a week. Overall there are plenty of photo opportunities and you can enjoy all stages of sunflowers!

🎤🎪Music is scheduled with Scott Snider today noon-2pm and 4-6pm under the tent. No admission to park, enjoy tent seating and shop food.
Today Granny’s Mini Donuts is in the field setting up ast of 10:30am
🍋NorthStar Squeeze Lemonade is in field setting up as of 10:30am.
We will update when in field as changes can occur (typically starting by noon).

Music tentative schedule today. Check our website for any schedule updates:
🎤🎶Music with Scott Snider under the tent noon-2pm and 4-6pm
We are hoping to offer more food trucks this weekend-there were cancellations last minute Saturday. The tent is still available for picnics. More food trucks are typically scheduled the second half of the season so stay tuned!

No admission to check out the music under the tent. $7 per person (5 yrs. And under free) to stroll the sunflower field filled with over 30 props for photos and crop 1 sunflowers full of color. A small crop has freshly opened flowers for extra sections to take photos with crop 1 in the background. Check our updated map for the status today and new thumbs up spots for standing in the sunflowers photos. Overcast skies in the morning make for easily photos with comfortable temperatures. Keep an eye on the radar for chances of rain later afternoon. So far it looks like short isolated shower late afternoon but not a washout. Any news will be updated on our website!

Open this weekend 9am-8pm in the sunflower field. Last entry 8pm, stay until sunset. Stop by the garden center 9am- 5:30pm across the highway for fresh sweet corn, produce, perennials, gifts, and much more! 🌽

🌻🌻 Monday, August 10th: Sunflower Field Days is on with crop 1 looking fabulous this week and open daily now through September 8th 9am-8pm. Last entry 8pm, stay until sunset. Admission is $7 per person. Ages 5 yrs. and under free.

The field is looking great with nice green plants waiting to bloom along the paths leading to 24 rows of full bloom color. The paths are still perfect for walking today after a nice rain early Sunday that makes sandy soil nice and flat without mud! We expect this crop to look great all week and into the weekend. The mix of heights is perfect for photos. 📸 Thank you to all who visited over the weekend. The weather has been fabulous and looks like another great week!

🌻🌻 Green Barn Sunflower Field Days opens tomorrow morning! Help spread the word.🌻🌻

Saturday, August 8th 2026 marks Opening Day at Green Barn Sunflower Field Days in Isanti, MN!

🌻 Crop 1 is in bloom and looking fabulous, with more blooms on the way. Stroll the freshly smoothed trails with green, young sunflowers to check out 24 rows of beautiful sunflowers in bloom and enjoy all the color.

☀️ The weather looks like it will cooperate for a great weekend. We’ll post any weather or field updates on our website throughout the day if needed.

🥜 Assorted snacks in the hut.
🌻 Limited cut sunflowers from our separate field while supply lasts.

🌻🌻📸August 7th 2026 Update: The Sunflowers are getting ready for opening day and will be full of blooms for the first day, Saturday. Green Barn Sunflower Field Days in Isanti, MN will be open 9am-8pm (last entry 8pm, stay until sunset) starting Saturday, August 8th through September 8th. Video from August 7th.

You’ve been asking for our annual photographer post that we pin to connect clients seeking a session with you, and here it is!

If you’re offering photography sessions during Green Barn Sunflower Field Days 2026 (🌻 August 8 – September 8th), share your booking information, website, or advertisement in the comments below!

A few reminders:
📸 Please let your clients know about our field admission fee and whether it is included in your session price or not.
🌻 Photographer admission is the same as regular guest admission, and the same applies to clients.
✅ No appointments or reservations are needed to visit the field.
🕖 Don’t forget to check when last entry hours change on August 24th due to earlier sunset. Remember that you can stay until sunset, but plan to purchase tickets before the listed closing time.
