Holidays are fast approaching. Here’s a recipe to impress.

Score a wheel of brie. Drizzle it with Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Black Mission Fig Balsamic. Bake until it’s soft, warm, and just starting to give.

That’s it. That’s the whole move.

Toasted baguette on the side. Apple or pear slices for balance. A little fresh thyme on top because presentation matters.

1 small wheel of brie
2 tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp Black Mission Fig Balsamic
Toasted baguette
Fresh apple or pear slices
Fresh thyme
Score the rind. Drizzle both. Bake at 375°F, 12-15 minutes.

This is the kind of appetizer people remember and ask you about after the party’s over.
