SATURDAY EVENING!!! Join the Ithaca Concert Band for their special 50th Anniversary Concert on Saturday, May 9 at 7 pm in Ford Hall at Ithaca College. Seven veteran and new conductors will be taking the podium to share some of their favorite pieces, including the world premiere of a specially commissioned new work by composer Julie Giroux. The concert is free and open to the public, and a reception with opportunity to meet the band and all its conductors will follow.
