The countdown is officially ON. 🗓️🐾
We’ve been breaking down mobility barriers, proposinpreparing to share with the world our daily adventures, and rolling forward as a family since day one. But come sometime in October, the final piece of our puzzle arrives.
Our Golden Retriever service dog, Tilley, is officially coming home to join the team!
She’s got the perfect lineage, the smartest parents (shoutout to Maui and June!), and a massive job ahead helping me conquer daily tasks and stay rolling with pride. We are building a community here to show what adaptive living is really about—grit, grace, and a lot of family love.
Who is ready to follow Tilley’s official training journey from day one? Drop a 🐾 in the comments below!

🚨 Don't Ignore These Dog Warning Signs 🚨

Your dog can't tell you when something is wrong—but their body language can.

👀 Whale eye.
👅 Lip licking.
🐕 Ears back.
⚠️ Hard stare.
🐾 Tail tucked.

These aren't "bad behaviors"—they're your dog's way of communicating stress, fear, discomfort, or the need for space. Learning to recognize these signals can help prevent misunderstandings and keep both you and your dog safe.

🐶 Not sure what your dog's body language means? Our professional trainers can help you understand your dog's behaviour and build better communication.

Dogs may not speak our language, but they have emotions, routines, and ways of showing when something is bothering them. 🐶❤️ The idea that dogs stay awake at night thinking about their problems reminds us just how deeply they can experience life. While we can’t know exactly what goes through a dog’s mind, we do know that dogs can experience stress, anxiety, fear, excitement, and attachment.

Sometimes a dog may have trouble sleeping because of changes in routine, unfamiliar surroundings, loneliness, discomfort, or simply because they are alert to sounds around them. That’s why a peaceful environment, a comfortable place to sleep, gentle attention, regular exercise, and a consistent routine can help them feel safe and relaxed.

Our dogs give us unconditional love every day. In return, we can give them patience, kindness, comfort, and understanding. 🐾💕 A little extra love can make a big difference in helping our furry friends feel secure—especially at night. After all, they may not be able to tell us what’s wrong, but their hearts deserve to be cared for too. ❤️🐕

We say “come” and then wait to find out if we actually taught it.
That's the backwards part.
We want them to come back to us, so we call them.

Seems obvious.

“Come!”
Then we wait.
And wait some more.
Maybe we say it again.
“Come!”
And again.
“Come on!”

A dog coming back when called isn't something we just “discover” they can do.

If “come” works beautifully in the house but disappears the moment the front door opens, that doesn't necessarily mean your dog is ignoring something they “know” perfectly well.

It may mean we've taken a few hops, jumps and skips way ahead of where they are.

Sometimes the problem isn't that our dog won't come to us.

We may just be expecting something we haven't built yet.

Ride with us from your own living room.

Once a month, MyoCycle riders from around the country log on to Zoom and ride together. Some connect to Zwift, some just keep the camera on, and nobody has to be fast. A member of the MYOLYN team hosts, and the conversation usually lasts longer than the ride.

If you have a MyoCycle, you're invited! If you're thinking about one, ask us about sitting in on a session. It's the easiest way to see what riding actually looks like.

Register for the next group ride: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/o7nn37Y1TjW-oFPEXrenfg

The MyoCycle is a prescription-only medical device.
