Dear Jackson friends and neighbors,
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Teton Toys has to be out of our location by the end of March. We aren't yet quite sure where we will be moving (I'm still working on a couple of options), but we will be moving everything out of our current location in a blitz on March 30 and 31.
I'm asking for your help in three ways. First, I've got a team of Utah employees who will be coming up to help and staying from the night of the 29th through the first or second of April. Knowing it's Spring Break, and a lot of folks will be out of town, I'm hoping to "borrow" a couple of houses for them to crash in. They'll be working long hours, but definitely need beds. They're super responsible and will leave any house just as they found it. I know it's a HUGE ask, but we are pretty desperate.
Secondly, if you are going to be around from the night of the 29 through the 1st, we could use your help helping us move. As you likely know, we've got an awful lot of inventory, and we can use all the help we can get moving it all in such a tight window.. Please reach out if you're available that weekend, or just stop by. I'll be there pretty much the whole time starting Saturday night and running til Tuesday morning.
Thirdly, it's a heck of a lot easier moving cash than moving product, so we are offering 20% off our entire Jackson store between now and the end of the month in hopes of liquidating as much inventory as possible before we have to move it all. So, if you get your Easter and Spring birthday shopping done over the next couple of weeks, you'll save $$ while helping us out!
I want to be clear that Teton Toys is going to be fine. We are lucky to be pursuing multiple options in the face of a tight timeline. If you happen to know of an available rental space, don't hesitate to reach out, but again, I've got multiple options and we will land on our feet somewhere.
