Hello FB friends! We are holding open interviews Monday, June 29th- Thursday, July 3rd between the hours of 8 am- 2 pm at 1926 South Highland Ave., Jackson, TN 38301. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Route Rep!

1. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
2. Must have a clean driving record.
3. Must have a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
4. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs unassisted.

This position will be the face of our company when servicing customer accounts, so a positive attitude is a must! It’s a physically demanding job which requires driving a 26’ Box Truck, operating forklifts (we will certify), operating electric pallet jacks and quite a bit of walking, lifting and moving of 55-gallon drums and large totes. There may be overnight travel required up to 2 nights per week.

We provide all the tools and resources needed to do the job safely and effectively. Starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Hi, FB friends! We are looking to expand our team! We have an opening for a Flex Operator. This position involves cross-training across several departments; Recycling (Wet Wash & Mat Processing), Delivery & Servicing accounts (a few overnights each month- KY, AL & East TN), and Vending Tech duties (filling and maintaining vending machines- occasional Saturday and/or Sunday may be required).

This is a fast-paced position as there are a lot of moving parts, and the assigned responsibilities will depend on the customer’s schedule as well as staffing needs.

First and foremost- YOU HAVE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN! Second, a clean MVR is required. This is a non-CDL position. We are looking for a Team Member who is motivated, hard-working, physically fit (this is a very physical position), and someone who wants to grow with us! Pay increases are based on metrics and the faster you learn, the faster you earn!

Season's greetings to all our FB family and friends! Christmas is one of the most blessed times of the year, and we were privileged to spend a few hours together on Saturday as a work family at Caddies Sports Club in Jackson, TN. The venue was perfect! The food was off the charts excellent! We appreciate all the hard work our Team has put forth this year, and we hope they all have a safe and Merry Christmas!
