😂😂 Listen… this video started out as a family moment, but it turned into a whole LIFE LESSON!

My sister forgot the car was in DRIVE while handing something to one of her sons… and before we knew it, she was running after the car! 😩😂

And honestly? Sometimes we really do need to pump the brakes.

We get so busy taking care of everybody else, handling business, working, creating, and just trying to keep everything moving that we forget to slow down and take care of US.

Stop and smell the roses.
Get your nails done.
Take a breath.
Give yourself permission to slow down.

You don’t always have to keep pushing.
