Today while puttering in the garden we determined it is my 3rd season! Y'all I was shocked cuz that time has flown by. Today I brought home zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, green beans, and broccoli. Some of the best tasting produce has been consumed in that time. I have learned many valuable tips, tricks, and new ideas. Getting to spend time in nature with great peeps is the best life IMO

Vacation was good but nothing beats home sweet 'hood y'all. Walked the jungle and found the first tomato!!

We already talked about this on my personal page but I felt the love needed sharing with everyone!! I've actually been making my own chocolate syrup for years and can't remember the last time I bought a bottle. It's easy to make the only thing I never liked was the amount of sugar you had to use. I've been researching how to accomplish things with other sweetener sources the best I can. I have a type 1 brittle diabetic grandchild and an eldest child who opts to not eat processed sugars. I myself am a type 2 diabetic who won't give up her sweets but can be smarter about it. Like this recipe for chocolate syrup. Y'all it's amazefookinballs and will need minimal tweaking tbh. I was a silly goose and used my special dark cocoa powder for the first test run and WOOMOFOINGHOO that it was successful!! It took less than 10 minutes to make, will last 2-3 months properly refrigerated, and has simple ingredients. You'll never go back to store bought...

I only went out with w**d whipping on the agenda. Last week was to hot to accomplish it. Decided while working it was a good day to get the brussel sprouts out of their sowing jug and transplant the lettuce. Then I pulled the "chicago" garlic and learned I need to do more research as all the bulbs are tiny. Sadly I lost one of the cauliflower due to neglect but I'm not giving up!!

Do you have a plant that its care absoforkinloutely terrifies you? I do!! We inherited this rose bush when my daughter bought the house a few years ago from a family member. I know absolutely nothing about them and I don't want to be the one to kill it so I have left it alone since spring of 2021. Probably a good thing to as this year it did complete new growth that's fixing to bloom on something I would have cut off. Thank you Aunt Marg 🥰
