I had Roger out on Miller’s Ferry today. We did some Livescope training, learned how to cast jigs, and he left with a limit of crappie. I have open dates and the Tombigbee River is looking good!

Haven’t posted a picture, but I’ve been selling quite a few of these 32 jig Tombigbee or Alabama River special boxes and a few 48 jig boxes with the best jigs for both. These 2 will be shipped out tomorrow. Let me know if you are interested!

Griffin’s first time crappie fishing. He had a good day at Millers Ferry putting some fish in the boat. Lost a couple of big fish right at the boat, but still managed to land a couple more.

Today I had guided trip with Ashley Blount out on Miller’s Ferry. She put the smack down on them! After the trip I told her that would be $400 and she refused to pay me. She actually said that I owed her, whatever that means. Put 49 in the boat, she dropped her biggest one and it flopped out. 1/32 white/chartreuse was the money jig today.

Well 30 minutes into the morning my livescope went out and a few minutes later I realized that one of my trolling motor batteries was completely dead. Took a little longer, but still got a limit. Also, only being able to troll 0.3 mph wide open is not fun 😂. White/chartreuse and grey ghost got it done today.
