Jax Estate Sales Estate sales in the Jacksonville Beach, FL area. These are friend and friend's of friends sales so they are smaller and less intimidating.

Estate sale...what is it? Why would you need me to do it for you? An estate sale is basically a big ole garage sale to clear out a house and sometimes a business. Estate sales are done for families who are downsizing and can not take it all with them or it is done when there has been a death in the family and the house needs to be cleared out to prepare it for sale or after the house has sold. So

why hire someone to do this for you? We have the supplies to get it done for you. From tables to stickers and everything in between. You don't have to borrow tables from all your friends and family, you are not making trips to Walmart and Office Depot for supplies. We have the people to get it done. You walk away, we take over and you get a check a few weeks later. We handle deciding what is trash, what should just be donated, and what should be sold. We have girls who know art, furniture, kitchen goods, garage stuff, jewelry...and if we don't know it, we research it. We run the ads, put out the signs, run the sale, clear the checks, clean it out...and then you get a check. I have an email list of over 400 people who shop estate sales, they will be invited to your sale. I know which dealers will pay the most for your items and we make sure they know to come. I will make sure your sale gets the exposure it deserves to net you the most money. So call me, let me come take a look and give you an honest opinion of how best to handle your estate. I have nothing to gain by not being honest and I have no problem making a house call to help you decide what is best for your situation. And if you like to shop estate sales....follow me!
