When you look up at the sky tonight, you may notice that the moon appears to be nonexistent. This is because we are experiencing a New Moon. During this phase of the lunar cycle, the side of the moon that is illuminated by the sun is facing away from us, giving us the perspective of the dark side of the moon 🌘🌑🌒

Today’s new moon happens to be sitting in the sign of libra at the 28th° and also signals the closing of eclipse season.

I was very happy to pour these candles today and find a nice resting place for the golden rod. I forged a few weeks ago. 🥰 I’ll be shipping these to their new owners in a couple days.

Finished Pouring Tonight’s Full Moon Candles just before its initial rise. I love me an Aries Full Moon. Could be because Aries Moons always seem to have a heavy impact on Cardinal Signs (Capricorn, Cancer, Libra & Aries) And, this one also happens to be a Super Moon 😍 These babies will be left out all night to cure and charge under the cover of the moon. Happy Fall Equinox Y'all! Can you feel the shift in the air? This Equinox marks our half way point between Summer and Winter as we decent into shorter, slower days. We're entering into the "dark side" of our calendar year, but this is not a reference to negativity. This is a time to prepare for rest, reflection and hibernation. We are collecting the harvest of a bountiful summer to use as sustenance as we prepare to rest and rejuvenate over winter.

This is a time or peaceful transition and thoughtful preparation. Virgo it just the sign to bring us into this next season.

These candles were poured on September 21st, 2025 just in time to catch both the rising of the New Moon in Virgo and The Partial Solar Eclipse.

I did pour just a handful of extra candles for those of you who missed the opportunity to pre-order. They’re available now at ZoeyMoon.com

Each 4oz grey glass jar is filled with:

Soy/Coconut wax
Cotton Wicks
Freshly Foraged Milkweed Flowers and Rosemary
Fluorite Chunks & Mookaite Chips
Scented with Sun's Eye Sweet Patchouly Oil

I’m preparing for this weekends Candle pour and realized We’ve got a big weekend ahead of us! Not only will we be experiencing the New Moon in Virgo but also a Partial Solar Eclipse, directly followed by the Fall Equinox - finally 🥵

The Fall Equinox marks are decent into Fall Harvests, cooler temps and shorter days. Metaphysically this is a time of focused gathering and preparation, without the fervor of the summer heat in our backs.

I’ll be pouring candles Saturday Morning. Just in case you missed the opportunity to pre-order this weekends Full Moon in Pisces / Total Lunar Eclipse candle pour, I poured just a few extras. They’re live now at ZoeyMoon.com 😉

There's something so special to me about the Full Moon reaching peak Illumination at a time where its still daylight hours for those of us in the US - And even more special when at just about that same moment off peak Illumination, there is also a Total Lunar Eclipse taking place.

It's a reminder that things are not always as they seem. Cosmic energies are always at work.

I took many paths and have studied many things In my personal journey coming to develop a relationship with a power greater than myself. I've learned to hold onto one guideline above all else as my understanding and awareness expands - That my Higher Power / The Universe / God / Great Spirit / or the absence of all of those titles, be loving and caring.

One of the more important questions i've asked myself on this quest is, "Do I believe the Universe wishes me harm / punishment, Or does it wish me well / expansion?" I chose to believe that everything is always working out, and that the universe is not based in a merit system. Karma is cyclical, not justice based.

This full Pisces Moon & Full Eclipse has been an intense one - And eclipse season is just gearing up! In to weeks we'll experience the New Moon in Virgo & Partial Solar Eclipse. In any case, I really enjoyed pouring these candles.

The Moon reached Peak Illumination right around 2:15pm on Saturday September, 7th. The Total Lunar Eclipse occurred moments after. These Candles were poured and dressed just before 2pm so that they were able to set and charge under the energy of the moon and eclipse.
