"When I say hood I don't say it just to be cool I grew up in the hood, born and raised in little rock Arkansas were the gangs and violence is very rapid and still is now. We didn't have a whole foods in the projects or close by it was churches chicken, all fast food joints that were cheap and easy to get for the poor no healthy food options and when you still go to the produce section in those areas the vegetables and fruit are horrible no organic and the produce is not as fresh as it is in other areas. My goal is to teach my people how to eat healthy and you don't have to eat dead animals Why because your living why put a dead animal in your body when your a living being put living foods inside your body hence the ankh symbol on the shirt symbolizes life.
