It's my birthday today, and I've been asked a few times what I want.

The truth is... I don't really want anything for myself.

This year, my heart is with my family. All I can think about is finally being able to put my brother's headstone in place. We've come so far, and we're closer than we've ever been, but we're not quite there yet.

So if you were thinking about sending me a birthday gift, the greatest gift you could give me would be helping us cross that finish line. Whether it's a donation, a share, or a prayer, it all means more than you know.

Birthdays are a blessing, and I'm grateful to celebrate another year of life. But today also reminds me how precious life really is and how important it is to honor the people we love.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, prayed for us, shared our fundraiser, bought a plate, or simply checked on us. You've helped carry my family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives.

If my birthday wish comes true this year, it won't be something wrapped in a box—it'll be seeing my brother finally receive the memorial he deserves.
