You’ve probably heard by now that Congress quietly passed new h**p language limiting h**p products to 0.4 mg total THC per container, a number so tiny it wouldn’t calm a stressed-out fruit fly. The law doesn’t take effect for 365 days, but it’s already shaking families, small businesses, and communities like ours.

When our son Noah heard the news, he let out a scream that rattled the walls, a full prehistoric, dinosaur-level roar, because he’s genuinely terrified he’ll lose the plant medicine that finally eased some of his most severe symptoms. We use our flower to make infused olive oil for him, and that’s what makes this plant so amazing. The uses and possibilities are endless.

That fear is real.
And this fight is personal.

We built Jam’n for our boys and for families like yours.

Sunday night, the Senate passed a minibus which includes language that will wipe out 95% of the $28.4 billion h**p industry, with a 0.4 mg THC per container cap on all CBD products. The language will force patients, seniors and veterans who rely on h**p products to break federal criminal law to acquire them.

Thankfully, Senator Paul has proposed an amendment to strike this language from any final bill. We are hopeful that Senate leadership allows this vote to occur. And Senator Paul needs our help.

We need everyone to stop what they are doing and take these three critical actions to help save h**p:

1. Send an email to your Senator (link in story)

2. Call your Senator and ask them to support Senator Rand Paul’s amendment to remove h**p-killing language from the proposed minibus.

Call 202.224.3121 TODAY and ask for your Senators’ offices. If you don’t know who your Senators are, the operator will tell you and connect you.

3. Share this info and the US H**p Roundtable social media with your followers and social networks! We need as many people as possible contacting their Senators if we hope to move the needle!
