After 6 weeks of begging UPS to return my shipment or compensate my loss, I just made the grim discovery that they sold my livelihood to the highest bidder on July 16. The UPS “investigation” was still open and I asked multiple employees if they were going to liquidate my 1,400 units of inventory after I found out they were rumored to do it when I was researching. Not one person was honest with me and now it’s too late. There are lots of truly appalling details that I plan on revealing in my newly invigorated crusade against UPS. I’ve got the time now that I’m out of business, after all. But success is the best revenge, right? I’m carrying on and having more recorders manufactured that I hope to have in stock in a few months. And I’ll definitely be using DHL.

Thanks to all who have shown support and checked in on me during this rollercoaster! I’m doing okay, I know I’m not the only person whose ever been scammed and I know things could be a lot worse. I’m still trying to decide if having closure is all it’s cracked up to be.

Hello, wonderful supporters of my Love and Listen journey.

This is really difficult and emotional to post. A few weeks ago, after months of waiting on a restock order from overseas, my entire shipment of recorders was intercepted by a party unknown to me and is still nowhere to be found. It was supposed to be out for delivery and I waited for that whole day which turned into a week before I went to UPS and they told me it was gone.

I have been preparing to jump back into business with lots of caring people waiting to hear when I received more inventory. I am now uncertain when or if that will happen. I’m working on investigating and getting answers from all the people I trusted to help me ship my recorders but so far I’ve got nothing. So please say a prayer, hold out hope, that something gets resolved soon or Love and Listen may be no more as I’ve already invested all that I could in the thousands of recorders that have now disappeared.

I’m doing a little happy dance! I just got the Amazon’s Choice badge for Digital Voice Recorders!

It mysteriously appears, you can’t apply for it, so I’m pretty stoked. Here’s an idea why. Against other similar products, it’s got a great price, a high customer service rating (toot toot,) and most importantly to me the reviews reflect that it’s had a positive impact on a lot of people.
