Iron Brigade Arms is a repair facility for the following weapons

• U.S. M1911/A1 .45 Cal pistol all makes USGI, Comm, 45’s C**t, Springfield Etc.

The shop has over 100 years of experience collectively. We chose to work on standard issue weapons and put them back to original condition. In the case of many USGI guns, we can use the original manufactured part, i.e., an original Springfield bolt for a Springfield Garand. We do not make or work on Match Weapons. Additionally, we work on Re*****on M700’s Repairs/Rebarrel/Restock. We still manufacture the Chandler Sniper Rifle, the XM3 (as sold to the Marines Cal .308) and the XM7 (as built for test and evaluation by DARPA Cal .338 Lapua). Also, all the above can be refinished -Parkerized and/or Duracoated depending on the owners wishes. Often times wood stocks can be refurbished and finished in a satisfactory manner. If not, we may have matching wood. All weapons receive a safety inspection prior to any other work beginning. Due to the demand for more guns, timelines on work varies depending on model and parts supplies. In the case of a new build a customer supplied receiver is desired and requested. All weapons are test fired and returned to the owner with a gunbook detailing all work accomplished. We buy and sell parts for the above weapons feel free to contact us to see if we have a part that you need. We may redirect you to one of our contacts that have that part in inventory.
