A little personal news I wanted to share with our friends and family first.
After 20 years of building and operating our Peterbrooke stores together, my brother Chris has decided it’s time to slow down a bit. I’m so happy for him, but it’s definitely bittersweet. We’ve shared so many memories, laughs, challenges and special moments over the years in our stores.
As we begin this next chapter, Nettie & I will be buying Chris out of our Julington Creek store and will continue operating that location. At the same time, we’ve made the decision to sell Peterbrooke Chocolatier Town Center and Peterbrooke Chocolatier River City Marketplace. And we’d love your help spreading the word!
These stores have been a huge part of our lives, and while it’s hard to let them go, we’re excited to give someone else the opportunity to pursue their dream of owning one (or two!) successful Peterbrooke locations.
Our asking prices are:
• St. Johns Town Center — $515,000 + inventory
• River City Marketplace — $305,000 + inventory
Please contact CHRIS SAMS 917-359-1394 for more information.
Please message me for more info. And please SHARE! 🍫
Thank you,
Jacklyn Sams
