My son took time out of his busy schedule to come from up from Orlando and help me with my extensive to-do list around my house and yard for the last couple days. We had him help with a few things around the shop too.

This guy put in a ton of work to us get up and running and finally got a chance to roam around and see the fruits of his labor. He even bought one the fabulous potted plant trios for a friend’s first place!

We are an easy stop to grab a great gift for anyone and any occasion.

Thanks to everyone that has made this whole dream of mine work out! We are gearing up for a busy weekend! Several of us are helping with the Murray Hill Clean Up on Saturday before we open at 10. The booths have been restocked, we have furniture arriving and there’s a fresh batch of sourdough and sweet treats! Looking forward to seeing y’all!

Melisa Carroll is creating her own novel economy at the Our Third Place Neighborhood Market.
The neighborhood native and recent returnee from Fernandina Beach intends the retro bazaar, which opened June 1, to exist outside of corporate competition.
“We're pumping money into the underground economy our way,” Carroll told the Business Journal. “It is a quiet resistance.”

The Murray Hill shop features everything from original paintings by The Highwaymen to vintage clothing and handmade goods, with plans to transform its backyard into a community gathering spot for meetings and spoken word events.
