I'm so happy to share great news for OTB too! Exciting things are happening downtown!

Hello dear friends and followers! I am so excited to finally (finally!) introduce to you the new owner of Our Town Books, whom we have had in the works for quite a while now… 🥁🥁🥁Khristina Helmich!! Khristina grew up in Jacksonville and recently returned to the area. I will let her tell you more about herself soon—both here on social media and in person I’m sure—but I will say that Khristina’s enthusiasm and effervescent spirit made a huge impression on me as soon as I met her; She also has years of experience running her own business and also working in retail. I just know she will bring so much creativity, intentionality and love to the bookstore and to the community, and that makes me so very happy 😊😊 Please give her a warm welcome, and she’ll be back on here to update you all very soon!!📚📚📚

Sharing for Kindred Market!

We have the same delicious coffee and teas, but we've added some amazing spices from Burlap and Barrel! These fresh, amazing spices are from single source farms, and the proceeds go directly to helping these small farms, in economically disadvantaged areas of the world, thrive.

We have news!
I'd like you all to meet Clara, the new owner of Just Good Trade!
Clara stepped in at the last minute and is very excited to be taking charge of the shop! Details are still being settled, and those take time, but your continued patience is so appreciated!
We need more patience as this page has been hijacked. 😡
This means Clara will more than likely have to start a new one.
What we need from you is for you to like and share this post, and when the new one is up, please like and share that one as well.

This has been a bittersweet day for sure! My last day as owner of one of my favorites places. I've made so many new friends, and had experiences that I only dreamed of.
Thank you all so much for the last 10 years!
If things turn out the way we're all hoping, this won't be the last time you'll see me!
