Peterbrooke founder and renowned chocolate expert, Phyllis Lockwood Geiger, opened her first chocolate shop in Jacksonville, Florida’s San Marco neighborhood in 1983. Her mission was to bring back the art of European chocolate making and translate it into what she calls, “Your Neighborhood Chocolatier.”

Join us this summer for Chocolate Camp Under the Sea! Become an official chocolatier for the day and experience the behind-the-scenes of our chocolate making process. Activities include making the adorable sea creatures seen above, and so much more! 😄 Call our San Marco store at (904) 398-2488 to schedule while availability lasts. Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from June-August. Welcome to anyone age 6 and up! Camp takes place from 12 pm-2 pm, but time slots can be adjusted as needed. Also welcoming groups of friends or family with prior notice.
