Big day for our Jacksonville team! 💚

We officially got the keys to our new location and are finally preparing to move out of the office we have outgrown. These photos show just part of our new warehouse space, and on the other side will be our new office space. Seeing how much room we have to grow into is a pretty incredible feeling.

But this move is not just for me or just about growing the business. This is for us.

I would not be able to do any of this without the people who have grown alongside me, believed in what we are building, taken on more responsibility, and continued to push this business forward.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is the importance of working on your business instead of constantly working in your business. When you develop your people, give them opportunities, trust them with more, and create room for them to grow, they give you the ability to step back and focus on where the business needs to go next.

We talk a lot about the philosophy, “Focus on the relationships and the business will follow.” I believe that applies just as much internally as it does with our customers. Focus on the relationships with your people. Take care of them. Build a culture they want to be part of. Give them opportunities to grow with you, not just work for you.

When your people grow, your business has room to grow too.

This new space is proof of that. It belongs to all of us, and I cannot wait to see what we build here next. 💚🌴

Fresh Aire had a fantastic time at the AAGO Business Exchange at the Orlando Science Center. We enjoyed connecting with property management professionals, building new relationships, and sharing how our scenting and deodorizing solutions help create welcoming communities.

The T. rex may have been millions of years old, but one thing never goes extinct, the value of strong partnerships.

The past month has been focused on something that does not always make it to social media. We have been strengthening our backend operations, improving our processes, and making sure we continue to provide the best possible service to our customers. Sometimes the work happening behind the scenes is just as important as what everyone sees.

That said, we could not let this year’s FCAA Trade Show go by without saying thank you.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Fresh Aire of Northeast Florida booth. It’s always great catching up with our longtime partners. We are truly grateful to be part of such an amazing community. Thank you to the First Coast Apartment Association for hosting another wonderful event.

Grateful to attend the first Supplier Summit with The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) & Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA)! We saw so many new faces entering the multifamily industry. Even after all these years, we still believe in showing up, building relationships, and supporting the next generation coming into this business.

We brought in a variety of Nothing Bundt Cakes (because nothing says teamwork like bundting together over dessert 😉), while kept everyone fueled with a great lunch!

We were proud to be the Breakfast Sponsor for this year’s event with the First Coast Apartment Association because nothing says “ready, aim, fire!” like starting the day fueled up and smelling fresh ☕🥓

Before the shells started flying, we made sure attendees were locked, loaded, and energized with breakfast to kick off a day full of networking, team building, and friendly competition. At Fresh Aire, we know the importance of making a great first impression… whether it’s in your community or at the shooting range!

Ending the year at the FCAA Annual Holiday Party, the final apartment association event of the year, was a great way to reflect on the connections and progress made throughout the year. I’m truly honored to have been sworn in for another year on the FCAA Board of Directors and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving alongside such dedicated leaders. I had the opportunity to attend the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) Annual Inspire Conference in Orlando and it was exactly what I needed- fresh ideas, great conversations and a renewed appreciation for the multifamily industry in our state.

What I love most about FAA events is the mix of education and connection. From leadership sessions to industry trends and best practices, there’s always something to take back home and implement. And of course, the networking never disappoints. I met so many passionate people who are working hard every day to elevate our industry.

A few weeks ago, I went to the FCAA’s New Member Mixer and the theme was Costumes & Connections. I fully committed and showed up as the Statue of Liberty 🗽✨

It was such a fun night and a great reminder of how strong the multifamily community is here in Northeaat Florida. I met some new faces, reconnected with familiar ones, and had some great conversations with people who genuinely care about this industry.

FCAA always does an incredible job making everyone feel welcome and this mixer was no exception.
