Real talk - Premier Protein is the only protein drink I like. Flavor is good, calories are low, and low sugar content so I can keep those carbs down. It’s NOT grainy (I hate grainy).

This is Cafe Latte which is delicious. Several flavors available. I also enjoy the strawberry and I just saw chocolate peanut butter! Haven’t tried that one yet but I have high hopes for it to be another great option.
