Labor of love status: Almost complete! 💛🖤

Sometimes the best handmade gifts take a little extra time. I originally started this custom blanket last August as a Christmas gift for my mom. Life got busy, but the light at the end of the tunnel is officially here!

With just about 20 rows left to go (plus the end-weaving marathon), this project is so close to being finished. I can’t wait to show you all the completed project and finally hand it over to her!

Can you believe we’re already past the midpoint of summer? ☀️ A little while back, when the school year wrapped up, I whipped up a batch of these crochet pencil hearts as a special send-off thank-you for my son’s teachers. ✏️❤️
