I have been making stained glass items for many years and for the past few years have been making wind chimes for myself as well as family and friends. Everyone has fell in love with them and I have decided to start making some for others to enjoy as well. I use high quality glass, as well as stainless steel nylon coated wire to string them together. I also use high quality glass beads. These wind

chimes will last and look wonderful for many, many years to come. I have had a stained glass wind chime that I made hanging outside for over 2 years. I do bring it in during really bad storms, but it has been through many windy days. Even though these wind chimes are made of glass, they are very durable. I wouldn't leave them out in a big wind storm, but other than that it will be fine. I have even sent a wind chime to Alaska. :) These also make a beautiful addition to any indoor decor as well. Especially when situated in front of a window. Please check back often as I will be making and listing more in the future. You may also contact me if you have a custom piece in mind that you would like made. This wind chime will be very carefully packaged with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Please take the time to unwrap it carefully. It will also be insured and that price is already included in the shipping price. I have also purchased a kiln so I can now make wonderful kiln fused art creations such as pendants, plates, ornaments, and slumped wine bottles just to name a few.

Hi everyone! I hope you all are well and having a good start to your spring. Over the past month, I've been creating some new pieces for you. I plan on starting my next round of auctions next week. Please check back then for some new goodies to bid on!

I had more ideas of things I wanted to create, but my glass studio is temporarily out of order. It suddenly became a nursery for chicks...lol. It is one of the only areas in our house that doesn't have dogs or cats... and I don't think the chicks would like constantly being watched like they are dinner. I don't want to start my kilns as they do give off fumes while the kiln paper burns and I've read that baby chicks can be very sensitive to fumes. So, until they are ready to go to their Fluffy Butt Hut outside, I'm needing to pause glass creation. That has also put a pause on glass classes. I'm hoping to pick all of that back up by June at the latest.

Here are some fun new creations! I first create the front panel and tack fuse it in the kiln. Then I glue these panels on to the container. These make great battery tealight candle holders, coin dishes, as well as ring and jewelry holders. Which one is your favorite? Do you like these? Final round of customer's trees for this year and a cute 3 inch dish that they created. I have had great turnout and response to this tree making class. It was so fun for me to get to teach again (I used to be a teacher) and see what people create. I'm currently working on some new ideas for possible classes for next year. Be on the lookout for these creations and I would love your input on them. Thank you all for making this year great!

Hi everyone! I have a very special opportunity to extend to you. Many of you have asked about learning how to create glass. I have decided to try opening my home art studio to you. I am offering a class to make a glass tree. I will provide all the materials, teaching and firing your completed pieces. Your tree can either be made to hang as an ornament / suncatcher or put in a stand. Your tree can be pretty much any color in either transparent or opaque glass. This class will be $25 per person. You can also make additional trees during your class. Each additional tree beyond the first one will be $20 per tree. I can teach 1 person or up to 6 people at a time so feel free to come by yourself or get a group together and make a fun day of it. I'm very flexible as far as days and times. You will need to come to my home studio which is between Janesville and Evansville, Wisconsin. You will also need to come back to pick up the fired completed trees.
