The beetles are eating the pumpkin’s flowers which is preventing a lot of them from being pollinated! But do have a handful growing. Check out my previous reels to see how far these have come!

Things I CANNOT STAND… cornworm beetles. They destroy EVERYTHING in their path. Once the sweet corn ripens, they jump on my pumpkins and make their way to my flower garden. Every single pumpkin flower is infested. Nothing organic slows them down. I’ve tried it all, and I just live with them but they are soooo YUCK! 🤢

Oh my gosh! What another fun group of ladies! Thank you Indian Island Winery for hosting! We will have another event August 30th with them that will be kid friendly! 🍷 Wine Club Members: Join us for our Wine Club Pick-Up Party from 1:00–3:00 PM! Pick up your quarterly wines while enjoying complimentary wine and food samples.

🛍️ 1:00 PM – Shop with Big Mood Boutique during their pop-up at the winery.

💐 3:00 PM – Build Your Own Bouquet Workshop (there might be some extra flowers, but it’s best to register ahead of time) Hartland Flowers

🎶 5:30–8:30 PM – Enjoy live music by Bourbon Street as you relax with your favorite wine.

🍔 Our kitchen is serving food all day, and we’re open Noon–9:00 PM.

🌻 Make a day of it! Our neighbors at Autumn Acres have officially opened their beautiful sunflower and zinnia fields this week. They’re just next door, making it easy to enjoy flowers, wine, shopping, delicious food, and live music—all in one trip!
