Lamp dupe. ❤️
I’ve been OBSESSED with this look and wanted to try it.

-I found 2 lamps at Goodwill for $6.99 a piece.
-Used a $1.25 paint brush to mix some old white paint I had on hand with baking soda.
-Put 2ish layers on the lamp.
As it was drying, I used the brush to create texture.

Once it was dry, I went in and dabbed some dark wood stain on the lamp, focusing on the top and bottom.
-Went over that with a wet rag to spread the color out.
-Then I went in with cinnamon & nutmeg to really add some depth to the colors.

I LOVE the end result and saved quite a bit of $$$ 😊
One more to go.

Decided to get a start on decorating before the busy Sunday starts.

I changed it up from my usual “farmhouse glam” and decided to keep it more transitional this year.
This will be able to stay up all the way through the lonnnngggg Wisco winter months.
