We have crisp Granny Smith apples covered in caramel, caramel apples dipped in chocolate and loaded with chopped butter-roasted pecans, and caramel apples dipped in chocolate and covered in roasted peanuts. 🍎🍫 We’re also making our Hot Chocolate Stirs TODAY!! Choco Brst was voted Best Sweet Shop in Dubois County!🍫❤️

But this doesn’t feel like our award.

It feels like yours.

Because from the very beginning, our Brsties have been the ones behind Choco Brst.

You were ordering Brst Bars when we were still making them out of our home.

You shared our posts. You told your friends. You showed up for every crazy new flavor and every new idea we threw at you.

Then when we opened our doors in downtown Jasper, you showed up again.

You’ve stood in lines. You’ve brought your friends and families. You’ve sent our chocolate across the country. You’ve trusted us with your birthdays, holidays, gifts and celebrations.

And most importantly, you turned this little chocolate business into a community.

So when we found out that Choco Brst had been voted Best Sweet Shop in Dubois County, there was really only one thing we wanted to say:

Thank you, Brsties.

Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for cheering us on.
Thank you for letting us try crazy things.
Thank you for being part of this story.

We may be the ones making the chocolate, but you are the ones who made Choco Brst what it is.

Layers of our caramel and butter-roasted pecans, topped with half milk chocolate and half dark chocolate.

At this point, forget the birthday cake. 😂

Imagine showing up to a birthday, anniversary, office party, family get-together, or honestly any celebration, with a 5.7 lb chocolate turtle sitting on the table.

It’s officially **caramel apple season at Choco Brst!**

Starting **tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19 at 11 AM**, our caramel apples are back in the shop!

We’re kicking off the season with **extra-large Granny Smith apples**, covered in buttery caramel and dipped in chocolate. Then, because we can’t leave well enough alone, we added a few Choco Brst twists:

🍎 Caramel + Chocolate
🥜 Caramel + Chocolate + Roasted Peanuts
🔥 S’mores
🤎 Caramel + Chocolate + our famous Butter Roasted Pecans

Big, tart, crunchy Granny Smith apples. Buttery caramel. Chocolate. All the good stuff.

The shelves are full, the chocolate has been poured, and we're ready to welcome Strassenfest visitors to downtown Jasper.

Over the past several weeks, we've spent countless hours handcrafting every chocolate you'll see in our shop. From hundreds of turtles, bite-size turtles, and peanut caramel clusters to our Dubai Cups, Brst Bars, cupcake-sized peanut butter cups, caramel & cookie butter cups, truffles, chocolate bars, and so much more! Every piece has been made by hand, right here in our kitchen.

As Dubois County's first chocolate house, we're incredibly proud to represent Jasper during one of our community's biggest celebrations. There is something special about welcoming visitors from all over and sharing chocolates that were handcrafted just steps from the Square.

Whether you're a longtime customer or visiting us for the first time during Strassenfest, we can't wait to welcome you into our chocolate house.

Good news, Brsties! We'll be here all weekend! 🎉

Whether you're celebrating close to home or visiting Jasper for the holiday, we'd love to see you.

✨ Our regular hours this weekend:
