Return/Refund Policy

Due to the personalization aspect of this item, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If something is wrong on my part when you receive your order, I will gladly replace it for you at no extra charge. To replace an item that is broken or damaged, I must receive pictures showing the damage within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Maggie Moos Designs is not responsible for

common wear and tear damage. **For non-personalized items only**-if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection and the order has been fulfilled as listed, you may return the item at your cost. Order cost will be refunded minus shipping cost paid**

In the event that your package is lost, stolen or undeliverable, Maggie Moos will make every effort to locate your package by providing all relevant shipping information.
